After being buried beneath a fresh layer of concrete, the WaterGuard will now take in any leaking moisture through small slits along the bottom edge of each pipe. This will handle any water problems before they ever reach the surface of the basement floor. Now that the WaterGuard has been installed in this basement floor, a flooding basement is now a thing of the past for this home. The secondary pump is there in case the primary malfunctions in any way, to prevent the sump from overflowing. Finally, the third pump is a battery-operated pump. Maintaining a dry, healthy atmosphere within the crawlspace. Now Pam has a dry crawlspace and a fully functioning vapor barrier. Water should no longer be an issue for this Casco crawlspace!
