To maintain a dry atmosphere within the crawlspace, we needed to give the homeowner a proper vapor barrier. We encapsulated the crawlspace with a CleanSpace Liner. This liner covers the walls and the floor entirely. CleanSpace is made of plastic, which water cannot pass through, locking any moisture out of the crawlspace completely. Finally, on the outside of the house, we attached an IceGuard filter to the PVC discharge line.
