TC Hafford was contacted shortly after a homeshow to head out to Auburn, ME, to check out some cracking basement walls and an old sump that was ready for an upgrade. After taking a look at the site, Mike Pinard had a crew come out to install the new SuperSump sump pump in the home as well as seal up any cracks. The newly installed sump pump was connected and drained to the same sewer as the previous pump. We then installed a SaniDry XP dehumidifier. This keeps any moisture out of the air that might still make its way into the basement.
