We installed WaterGuard along the perimeter and connected to a new TripleSafe Sump Pump. WaterGuard captures and channels water to the TripleSafe, which features two Zoeller sumps and a battery-powered backup. The TripleSafe drains water out of the basement and through an Exterior Buried Discharge line that is protected against ice buildup with IceGuard. Next, to brighten up the interior of the basement and provide a layer covering the cold concrete walls, BrightWall panels were installed over the damaged area. We installed SmartJack support posts in the customer's basement to stabilize and lift the sagging floor. First, we excavated small areas for the footings, poured concrete to create solid bases, and let them cure. Then, we placed the adjustable steel posts on the footings and secured them to the floor joists above. Finally, we adjusted the posts to provide the necessary support, leveling the floor and restoring stability.

This will eliminate the humidity in the crawlspace and keep the air dry in the future; all while pumping any collected moisture from the home through a discharge pipe.
