The homeowner opted to have a new SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier installed to keep the air dry and their family healthy. Property owners in Berwick, Maine contacted us for help with their sagging floors. The crawl space had dirt floors allowing moisture to seep in, keeping the space damp. Moisture will weaken the wooden support beams over time, causing sagging of the floors above. We installed SmartJacks to support the home and level the floors.
