Most contractors prefer traditional mudjacking to raise sinking concrete slabs. Mudjacking consists of pumping a heavy mud/concrete slurry beneath the concrete through large holes drilled through the slab.
While mudjacking is a common concrete lifting practice, our concrete contractors prefer to use method known as PolyLEVEL. PolyLEVEL is a light polyurethane foam designed specifically to lift concrete. The foam is injected through much smaller holes in the concrete slab that expands quickly, filling gaps and lifts the concrete to a level position.
