Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: It's Raining in The Crawl Space

With up to 6 inches of water in their crawl space during heavy rains and no intentions to ever move, this Kennebunk homeowner refused to let their crawl space rain on their heads anymore. After calling TC Hafford Basement Systems, System Design Specialist Ron Bedard drove out to the home to meet with the owner. Looking to avoid mold and any home damage, Ron and the homeowner worked together to design a system that would take care of the needs of the home while meeting the homeowners’ expectations. CleanSpace with Drainage Matting was laid down and attached to the walls to act as a barrier, keeping outside elements outside where it won’t be a problem. Two Interior Discharge Lines are connected to two SuperSumps that will push any ground water outside through an exterior discharge line where it won’t be a problem. Finally, a SaniDry Sedona was installed in the crawl space to maintain safe humidity levels. The homeowner now can rest with peace of mind that they won’t have to worry about it raining in their crawl space anymore.
