Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Mold, Mold Go Away!

In the last 3 years, this home has been put through the wringer. Mold, moisture, and musty smells have plagued this home in Hermon, ME, and the homeowners decided that they have had enough. The homeowners have goals of finishing the basement and made the decision to call TC Hafford Basement Systems.   System Design Specialist Mark Smith went out to the home and met with the homeowners to put together a plan that helps them achieve their goals. Each waterproofing system that TC Hafford installs is tailored specifically to the home and the homeowners' goals. During this process, Mark spent time with the homeowners to make sure they knew exactly what would be installed in their home, and Foreman Greg made sure that it was installed with the highest quality possible.   The system Mark built with the homeowners included the CleanSpace Wall System that covers the walls and channels water to WaterGuard. WaterGuard is a perimeter drain that is connected to a TripleSafe Sump Pump System that’s connected to a buried discharge line. From there, the water is pushed far away from the home where it will no longer be a problem.   Now the homeowners can have the finished basement of their dreams without the concern of water ruining their hard work.
