Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Uneven Floor Above Flooded Basement in Leeds, ME

These pictures show a basement and crawl space that hasn't been properly prepared for leaks and settling. The homeowners called us, TC Hafford Basement Systems to go out and do an inspection of the space. We concluded that it would be best to instal a complete waterproofing system, as well as stabilize the floor joists to add more support to the structure. The homeowners agreed and set up a time for the installation. Our team worked quickly and efficiently to permanently waterproof and secure this home for the rest of the life of the home.  A new sump pump will replace the old one that clearly was not working, and often failed during heavy rains or during power outages. We offer a sump pump with a battery opporated backup pump, designed exactly for these instances. We als installed our CleanSpace liner and Drainage Matting at this home. A SaniDry Sedona will keep the space dry and odorless. Our SmartJack support system was used to stabilize the floor joists.
