Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Flooded Basement in Manchester, ME

This space in Manchester, ME gave us quite the challenge. You can see from these pictures the standing water that isn't able to drain properly. Because of this the floor has a significant amount of water damage. The walls are also crumbling and bowing in areas, and have cracks to allow water to flow through.  A system design specialist went out to inspect the space, and designed a system custom for the home and homeowners. With the goal to repair damage, and keep the basement dry for the rest of the home's life we installed a complete waterproofing system. We poured a new concrete floor to replace the old, damaged one. The new one will be smooth and dry and give the basement a nice, clean appearance. Our CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system will provide a clean look to the walls and allow water to flow behind and into the sump pump. WaterGuard drainage system will help direct the water also to make sure the new floor stays dry.
