The homeowners were already using a majority of this basement for living space and storage. Unfortunately, before finishing the space, it wasn't properly waterproofed. Due to the water leaking into this space, there was damage happening to the walls, floors, and furniture. Even when there's not standing water in a basement, there can still be the dangers of mold, mildew, and odors. After an inspection, our system design specialist was able to design a system custom for the space to keep it dry and safe. We installed a complete waterproofing system including a SuperSump pump system with a WaterWatcch alarm system. WaterGuard sub-floor drainage was also installed along the perimeter.
