Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing Project in Wells, Maine

The customer called concerned about the 'sticky' smells coming from their basement.  As they have lots of items stored in the basement, they were concerned about mold and mildew developing.  Sure enough, under closer inspection, we found standing water in the corner of the basement.  These images show how we installed a perimeter WaterGuard drainage track, a Super Sump sump pump, and a SaniDry dehumidifer to keep the space dry.
