Challenge
This Vinalhaven, ME homeowner wanted to take care of their basement and preserve the health of their beautiful home. After noticing how wet their crawlspace would get, the homeowners called TC Hafford Basement Systems.
Solution
System Design Specialist Todd Bernard met with the homeowner to help them accomplish their goals. Todd put together a complete system that would protect the home from future water. In the system, Todd used CleanSpace with drainage matting to encapsulate the crawlspace portion of the basement. In addition to the CleanSpace, Todd used WaterGuard to capture any water and move it to a TripleSafe Sump Pump System where it will be pumped 40 feet away from the home through a buried discharge line. Now the homeowner can rest easy at night, knowing that their basement is now protected, and the health of their home is preserved.
