SaniDry XP Keeps Rockwood, ME Basement Safe From Moisture

Challenge

A homeowner in Rockwood, ME recently had some moisture leak into their basement. Typically, their sump handles the water, but due to the amount of water, some of the moisture entered the atmosphere within the space and was lingering. This created a very damp atmosphere, worrying the homeowner that mold problems or other issues might occur. Solution

Once our installation crew arrived at the home, they went straight to the basement to begin work. To protect the space against airborne moisture, we installed a SaniDry XP dehumidifier. The SaniDry will pull in the damp air surrounding itself, separating the moisture from the air. This collected water is then passed on to the sump for removal from the home. The dried air is circulated back into the basement where it will force more damp air back towards the SaniDry to be dried. This process continues until the basement is back to being dry and the lingering moisture has been removed. The SaniDry will prevent any future leaks to hold a presence in the air of this basement.

With their new installation, this homeowner no longer needs to worry about their basement succumbing to moisture problems. The SaniDry XP will ensure this basement air stays dry for years to come!
