Our Overall Service
It was a joy working with the entire TC Hafford team. We felt informed and supported during every step of the process and could not have asked for a better experience.
Call Representative
It was so helpful to get calls throughout the process that updated us on every step of the project. We knew exactly when the team would be showing up, what they would be doing each day, and were walked through what we needed to do to prepare for the job.
Sales Process
Ron was amazing! He clearly outlined our options for us and helped us choose the solution that was best for us without any pressure to buy. He visited us before the project started to walk the basement with my husband to ensure that we had properly prepared the space and returned after to make sure we were happy. He was a joy to work with.
Our Installation Crew
The crew was on-time and efficient each day of the project. The communicated the plan with us each day and were very respectful of our home and time.
The Cleanup Process
You truly wouldn't have even known full work crews were here for three days. At the end of each day we were amazed at how clean the space was. They did a great job!
