Our Overall Service
It's important to note that the call was for yearly maintenance. The BIG ISSUE is that when the system was originally installed TWO YEARS ago, the battery for the back up sump was NEVER INSTALLED. I was thankful that the service representative noticed and was able to install one that day. I guess I'm less impressed with the original installation than I previously thought. Someone on your end should probably be assigned to do a final inspection of the system to be sure all has been properly done/completed. I'm just thankful that there was never a situation when the third level sump was needed.
