The entire experience from initial contact, through completion was outstanding.
Emily was always a pleasure to talk with. Always very positive, and ready to help in any way she could. I had to change the schedule a few times, and she was never bothered by it, and always accommodating.
Jeff was great. He was thorough when explaining the process. From initial contact, it was only a day or two before I had a proposal for review.
Sam, and his team... including a trainee were exceptional. I am in mid-construction, so I asked for a slightly "incomplete" install, with leaving me the parts to finish once my exterior work is complete. Sam completely understood what I needed and was ready to help in any way he could.
With the exception of having gutters on my addition, I'd never know the team was there.

Believe it or not, it was the commercials. Mr. Hafford just seems like a decent guy. I asked of couple of the folks that were out at the job, and I asked them, "Is he really like that? Is he really just a nice guy?", and each person said "Yup... that's just him".
