excellent book about all the processes, excellent representative who worked and re-worked the system; frustrating to have cashier's check sit in draw for more then 90 days -- not in anyone's account; need better fittings for pieces of plastic that fit on drain covers/allow cleaning; do not have ice guards yet

Mike made sense in his presentation, his drawings and in his revisions -- easy to communicate with by email and phone.

generally fine -- generous with extension cords, pleasant communicators, neat about the work, need the ice guards and do not think much of the work for the drain covers on the side -- tape showing , plastic cut roughly, no handles - -should be pre-fabbed.

very neat.
