What made you choose our company:
I pointed my mother (Carolann Ireland, Wayne ME) towards TC Hafford to work a basement moisture issue at her home. We were very impressed with the work, that when I saw your TV add for gutters, I decided to reach out to start a discussion for our home in Pittston. In the spirit of constructive feedback, I felt like I was having to pull updates on scheduling the work. We understood and accepted your supply chain dynamics, but considering you had over $2500 of our money for over 3 months, we were disappointed that we had to initiate communication every month to understand your plan. The quality of your work is excellent; perhaps a re-look at your customer outreach function might be in order? (There is similar feedback from others on line)
