Mark was exceptional in explaining all the areas of concern and recommending a course of action to resolve them.

They were very professional and efficient with all the aspects of the project, which was completed over six work periods. The only concern i had was the poor reliability of the various equipment used. One cement pumping hose broke, another day the cement truck sprung a coolant leak and drained all it's coolant on yard, another time the TC truck had a flat, and of course the spray foam rig died during my project causing more delay. That's not a bust on the crew at all, but something that could be addressed with your preventative maintenance program.

The final crew missed some areas around the newly installed windows, so another crew came back to finish the job
