Very kind, thoughtful, asked if I had questions & call if there were any other issues or questions. Polite, felt like the customer mattered.
The assesor for the job was competent, kind and exacting in details on many levels. I did email once (was given his card) but never got a reply. I was glad to know the photos he took of where I needed a support beam would be reviewed by an engineer. He thought the work would be done in a couple weeks, but it took a month to start.
Kind natured men. Got right to work, and did a thorough job. Very reassuring and the job was done well. They were a pleasure to meet, along with the assessor. All positive.

I saw your Advertisement on TV. Then I went to your website and read testimonials for in my area. I am glad I choose your company. I did feel the the price was a bit on the high-end for materials and what was actually done so I would tell my friends to be ready for higher prices. As a consumer in the past decade's economy, I want the job to be done correctly, and it was, so I was willing to bite the bullet on price.
