Note: I received a phone call this morning regarding my satisfaction (before filling out this report) While I was (and am) satisfied with the process, your sales representative, and your installation crew...i DO have a concern about the depth of the actual sump installation. The "lip" of the sump appears to be 1" to 2" ABOVE the liner..my understanding is that the liner...if necessary...would drain into the sump....I dont see how this is possible if the edge of the sump is higher than the liner. It seems to me that 1" to 2" of water could potentially be trapped by the liner, but not drain into the sump.
