Customer Service Representative/HUNTER

TC Hafford Basement Systems, the leader in “All Things Basementy” is looking for a Hunter/Customer Service Representative to join our team and help customers find solutions for their basement and crawlspace needs. You’ll play a critical role in assisting the Sales Department by following up on unsold proposals, building trust, and providing excellent service to every customer.
What You’ll Do:
• Make daily outbound calls to follow up on unsold proposals.
• Connect with customers via phone and email, documenting details in i360 CRM.
• Be a liaison between customers and system design specialists.
• Help customers navigate concerns, save sales, and deliver marketing materials.
• Suport the team with administrative tasks as needed.
What You Bring:
• A High School diploma or GED (required).
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales (preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with office technology (computer, phone, printer, etc.).
•A caring, customer-focused, and trustworthy approach to every interaction.
