What You’ll Do

• Prepare to Shine: Load up trucks with the right materials, tools, and equipment for the job ahead.
• Build & Beautify: Install waterproofing and dehumidifying components; assist in concrete finishing; conduct final inspection and cleanup day after concrete pours, waterproofing, structural and/or dehumidifier installations and more while leaving homes spotless and homeowners smiling.
• Wrap It Up: Unload, clean, and care for our tools, trucks, and equipment when the job’s done.
• WOW Every Customer: Deliver top-notch service and ensure a job well done every time.
• Drive Safely: Operate company vehicles responsibly.
• Be Reliable: Show up ready to make a difference every day.
• Be Paid Hourly: PLUS have the ability to make a weekly performance bonus!

Qualifications

• Experience in construction site clean-up and maintenance
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in construction environments
• Ability to perform concrete finishing tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Physical stamina and capability to lift heavy materials
• Familiarity with the use of cleaning tools and equipment
